Fiberon™ ASA-CF08 combines the UV and weather resistance of ASA with 8% carbon fiber by weight, delivering high rigidity, reduced warping, and a professional matte finish.
Excellent Mechanical Strength
With a bending strength of 69.1 MPa (XY) and tensile strength of 43.5 MPa (XY), ASA-CF08 offers the reliability needed for load-bearing and precision parts.
High Heat Resistance
ASA-CF08 has an HDT of up to 103 °C @0.45 MPa, making it perfect for enclosures, fixtures, and components exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat without deformation.
Excellent Surface Finish
With 6 color options available and a high quality matte finish that hides layer lines, ASA-CF08 is ideal for applications where aesthetics matter as much as function.

Printing Tips
- Use a wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or ruby, because the carbon-fiber reinforcement is abrasive.
- Note: Due to the brittle and abrasive nature of ASA-CF08, caution is advised when used with AMS and other multi material systems.
- Use an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated area with suitable filtration to reduce exposure to odor and VOCs. Keep the cooling fan OFF.
- Let the part cool naturally before removing it from the build plate.
- Because the filament is brittle, keep its bending diameter greater than 60 mm during feeding.

Printing Temperature: 260˚C - 280˚C
Bed Temperature: 90˚C - 100˚C
Printing Speed: up to 350mm/s
Fan: OFF
Direct Drive:
Retraction Distance: 1-3mm
Retraction Speed: 20-40mm/s
Drying Settings: 90˚C for 6h
