Shipping policy

Local Shipping

All local orders in Singapore are shipped via our preferred courier partners. After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders usually take between 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive at their destination. However, it may take longer from time to time due to reasons such as festive season.

Self-Collections / Walk-In Purchases

We do not have a physical store for self collections or walk-in purchases, all orders are processed through our quick 1 to 3 working days delivery.



International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Fedex and may take between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. 

Do note that certain items in our product range may not be suitable for international shipping (eg. Lithium Ion Batteries). In the case that your order contains such items, we will contact you to remove the affected items from your order and process a refund for those items before we dispatch the rest of your order. 

Do note that FedEx international shipments delivered to or picked up from remote and less-accessible locations are charged an out-of-delivery-area or out-of-pickup-area surcharge. A list of postal codes and cities where these surcharges apply is available here. The shipping rates on our site do not yet include these surcharges. If your delivery address falls under these locations and a surcharge is imposed by Fedex, we will contact you via email for the surcharge fee.

 

Taxes and Custom Duties

All taxes, customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs and be delivered to you.


Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please email us at contact@makersupplies.sg to let us know the updated address.


Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.


Delayed Parcels

For Doorstep Courier (1 to 3 working days), please allow between 1 to 3 working days for your order to arrive. You can view the delivery tracking information for the parcel via the tracking link sent to your email after the parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.

In the unlikely case that you have not received your parcel after 5 working days from the date of your order, please email us at contact@makersupplies.sg to review the status of your parcel. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Stock Availability

We do our best to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, however occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund, and we can fulfill the remaining available products to you.


Pre-Order Products

For pre-order products, we will wait for the items to be available before dispatching your order. If there are other in-stock items in the order as well, they will be reserved for you while we await the pre-order products.


Working Hours

Our warehouse operates on Monday to Friday during standard business hours (10am to 6pm), except national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
