You've been asking for it, and we heard you: self-collection option is back! And even better, it is now in the form of 24/7 self-service lockers, so you can collect at any time that suits you.
This is great for when you need your supplies asap and can't wait for delivery, when you are rushing for a dateline or simply can't wait any longer to work on your projects. Now you can get your orders as soon as the very same day!
Of course, if you prefer having your order come to you, our delivery option is still here too, with free delivery on all orders above $80. Just a heads-up: we operate online only and don't currently offer walk-in purchases, so pickup and delivery are the two ways to get your items.
How Self-Collection Works
1. Select Pickup at Checkout - Choose the Pickup option (no shipping fees apply).
2. We Pack, You Wait for the Ping - Once your order is securely placed in a locker, you'll get an email with your assigned locker number and a unique 4-digit code.
3. Collect Anytime, Day or Night - Head to our locker location whenever works for you and use your code to unlock your order.
Collection timelines: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Sat) are ready the same day by 3:00 PM; orders after 12:00 PM are ready the next day by 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Saturday, on Sunday, or before a Public Holiday will be ready by 3:00 PM the next working day.
A few things to keep in mind:
- Collect within 3 days of your notification email (locker slots are limited).
- Keep your 4-digit code private (anyone with it can open your locker).
- Bring your own bag, especially for bulky or heavy items.
- Check your items on the spot and flag any issues via live chat.
